Because my primary drive is to create and resolve. My giftedness is being considerate, intellectual, and likable. I recognize the value that I bring to the workplace is helping resolve issues by seeing both sides. The ideal environment for me to work in is friendly and allows time to changes. When I face my fears/dislikes of conflict and projects not meeting company standards, my response under pressure may be pessimism and fear. I perceive my blind spot to be having difficulty with change. I can begin to compensate for this blind spot by balancing projects better and determination to get projects done.
