Because my primary drive is communicating excellence and explaining how, why, and what we accomplish, I have real giftedness in trying to figure out the best way to do a job. I recognize that the value that I bring to work is the ability to communicate in a calm manner so that all are able to understand. The ideal environment for me is one in which all can express their ideas. When I face my fears/dislikes for accommodating imperfections, I can be open to criticism in order to be my best self. My response under pressure is to always be diplomatic, listen, and see how to handle things properly. I perceive my blind spot to be remaining objective when confronted with criticism of my work. I can begin to compensate for this by being open to job critiques and new systems.

Their giftedness that complements my own is they are easy to work with and have good communication skills. Their value to the organization, which I need most, is being able to follow instructions and to be respectful to others. Why I need him or her on my team? They keep the workflow moving while maintaining a positive attitude.
I like established structure and clearly defined roles.
